SEI is an operational entity within the PMI College of Scheduling
that is tasked with developing products and providing services. SEI is made up of interested
and dedicated scheduling practitioners from the COS community that are taking an active role
in fulfilling the SEI mission.
The mission of SEI is to improve all aspects of scheduling
services and products.
Current Goal
SEI is currently focused on developing and publishing
the Best Practices Guideline Series – a multi-volume reference center for scheduling concepts
methodologies and best practices. The BPG production effort is in the early stages of development
and volunteer teams are working on initial assignments.
