Both our members' and nonmember users' privacy is important to PMICOS. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise permit outside access to our membership lists. We do not collect data on nonmember users unless they personally submit it, as when a company uploads a job opening. Membership information is used only for the administration of our member services, such as the online mentorship program and volunteer program, including the administration of members' Professional Development Units earned by participation in these services. We will not disclose your personal information, such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc. to any parties other than our parent organization, PMI, nor will we disclose information about individual visits to this Website, unless we believe it is required by law or with your authorization. PMICOS is not responsible for the disclosure of information you share with third parties via a link from this Website. However, members must be aware that using the Resume Management Service will allow nonmembers to access their posted resumes. Also, participation in the Mentorship Program will require you to share information with other members to be effective. Likewise, institutions posting job information or other material must realize this posted information is open to both members and nonmember users. Therefore, all users should exercise care in determining what information to include in their postings. PMICOS provides areas on the Website to allow you to make comments or other input. This information may be used to contact you for more information. If you do not wish to be contacted, please indicate this with your comment.
