The conference was held April 23rd through April 26th at the
Buena Vista Palace at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
I had a GREAT time and hope that everyone in attendance is of the same opinion.
Here is what one of our attendees had to say about the Orlando Conference:
"As a first time attendee at the PMI College of Scheduling in Orlando this year I must say that
I was somewhat skeptical on the value I would receive through attending the conference. I can
say now after attending the conference that it definitely exceeded my expectations. The professional
sponsored events and activities validated the current mission statement of the college. From
providing a forum for us to promote excellence in scheduling through networking, sharing project
experiences, and providing support and encouragement for our respective industries. What most
impressed me was the collaboration and learning that took place across the various industries.
As a government industry participant supporting various DOD satellite programs, it was very beneficial
for me to have the opportunity to collaborate with other industry members to include the spectrum from
oil and gas, claims, project management, scheduling, academia, risk management, and aerospace/defense.
I am looking forward to PIMCOS 2007!!!"
